Services
All service sales are final. Due to the nature of esthetic services, no refunds will be issued for services rendered, including dissatisfaction with results once a service has been completed.
Lash Deposits
A $50 lash deposit is required to secure lash appointments.
This deposit is non-refundable and applies toward your scheduled service.

If you cancel or reschedule outside of the required notice period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits cannot be transferred to products or refunded under any circumstances.
Products
For health and safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be given on opened or used products.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for exchange only, at the discretion of The Modern Magnolia.

All product sales are final once opened.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients who cancel late or do not show up for their appointment may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our booking policies for full cancellation guidelines.
